ABOUT OUR FIRM

Goldstein Tax Services, Inc. offers a wide array of tax services including individual and business tax preparation, estates, trusts, gift and estate taxes, bookkeeping and write-ups and representation before Internal Revenue Service for any returns prepared.

OuR STORY 

In January 1981, my father Philmont Goldstein teamed with Lawrence Zuckerman to form “Zuckerman and Goldstein, Accountants and Auditors” located in Midtown Manhattan making his desire to own his own accounting firm a reality.


When Larry retired in June 1992, my father continued to provide a wide range of tax services and renamed the business “Goldstein Company, CPA” remaining at the original Times Square location. It was at this time that I joined Goldstein Company, CPA and began working with my father full-time. 

In August 2019, amid rising New York City rents and the desire to be closer home, we relocated the business to our current offices on Staten Island.


With my father’s passing in January 2020 and after much consideration, I made the decision to honor my father’s legacy and continue the business as “Goldstein Company Tax Services, Inc”. It will be my pleasure to continue providing the same reliable tax services as my father had done since 1981.


Credentials:

  • Bachelors of Science in Accounting Degree from the City University of New York
  • Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service
  • Nearly 30 years of tax preparation experience
